The Department of Public Works (DPW) is responsible for public roads, bikeways, solid waste and recycling, cemeteries, recreational facilities including Heritage Park, Town beaches, and other Town-owned properties.
The DPW works locally with all Town departments, regionally with surrounding towns, other towns on the Cape, the Cape Cod Commission, and statewide with various state agencies, including Mass. Highway.
