National Grid will begin construction work on Thursday, May 4 on its natural gas infrastructure at the Mashpee Rotary. National Grid will be replacing and relocating a natural gas regulator station from the middle of the rotary to the grass area between Route 151 and Great Neck Road North. Daytime police details and lane restrictions near the rotary should be expected as part of this upgrade project. Night construction work will be done to mitigate traffic flow concerns. Construction will cease Friday, May 26 and resume Tuesday, September 5. The target for completion is October 19.
