Plan Review Committee

Mission Statement:

The purpose of this Committee is to assist the applicant in the Project review process regarding their proposed project. This is accomplished by a review of their Project by meeting with the various Town of Mashpee Department Heads in an informal meeting. The goal is to assist the applicant in becoming aware of the various concerns and regulations of the various Departments and thus preparing the applicant for the next step of the permitting process: be it going before the Planning Board or the Zoning Board of Appeals or for their Building Permit.

How to Apply:

First, review the link to “Design Plan Requirements” and then fill out the application that you will find from the link “Design Plan Application.” This committee meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month; so you will need to submit your package at least 2 weeks prior to the next available meeting. This time frame is needed to give the various Department Heads the time they need to review your project.

Who Should Be There?

You, your engineer, or anyone you feel, that is an important part of your project should attend to assist you in the discussion; should be present at this meeting so that we can discuss the project in detail; and thus help you in moving your project through process.
