Real Estate/ Personal Property Tax Info

Fiscal Year 2024: July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024

The Town of Mashpee is on a quarterly billing cycle. The Preliminary Real Estate and Personal Property tax bills will be mailed on or before July 1st, 2023. There is only one mailing on July 1st , which provides both installment coupons to be paid on the following dates:

  • 1st Quarter due : August 1, 2023
  • 2nd Quarter due: November 1, 2023

The Actual  Real Estate and Personal Property taxes will be mailed on or before December 31st, 2023 and payments will be due on:

  • 3rd Quarter due: February 1, 2024
  • 4th Quarter due: May 1, 2024

Real Estate Taxes are assessed to the owner of record to the property as of  January 1st, 2023. If you do not receive a bill. Please follow the prompts to view/ pay and print out your tax bill. 

Personal Property Tax  are assessed to the owner of record on January 1st, 2023. Bills for fiscal Year 2024 are due and payable by the owner of record on January 1, 2023. 

Even though you may have sold the property subsequent to January 1, 2023, you are responsible for the entire fiscal year 2024 bill.
