New Mooring Regulations

On the 22nd of February 2021 the Mashpee Board of Selectmen approved new Mooring Rules and Regulations.
Due to Town Hall being closed during the COVID 19 pandemic the Executed Release and Waiver of Claim form will not require notarization until further notice. (Town of Mashpee Mooring Rules and Regulations: Section 2.8 Mooring Renewals)
