Attached is an updated Community Preservation Act Funding Application. 

Please submit twelve (12) copies of the funding application packet for the May 4, 2020 Town Meeting to the Town Manager's Office in Mashpee Town Hall; 16 Great Neck Road North; Mashpee, MA. 02649;  (Attention: Community Preservation Committee); an email must be submitted as well to Terrie Cook  tmcook@mashpeema.gov no later than 4:30 pm on Friday, November 1, 2019 in order for consideration by the Community Preservation Act Committee beginning at the Committee's November 7, 2019 meeting.
