Notice to Mashpee Taxpayers

The Mashpee Board of Assessors has received preliminary certification from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue for its property valuations for Fiscal Year 2023. Revaluation is mandated by State Statue and must be conducted every five years to ensure that all property is at “Full and Fair Market Value”.  The assessed values in every community in the Commonwealth for Fiscal Year 2023 must reflect fair market value as of January 1, 2022, based on sales that occurred during calendar year 2021.

As part of the public disclosure, these proposed assessments are available at the Mashpee Town Hall Assessing Department (16 Great Neck Road North, Tuesday October 25th – Tuesday November 1st, 8:30am to 4:30pm ~ Phone: (508) 539-1404).
