Prescribed Burn Near Garner Bog April 15 and 16, 2022

A prescribed burn will be conducted by the US Fish and Wildlife Service on Falmouth Rod and Gun Club property (partner of the Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge) on Friday, April 15th, 2022 and Saturday, April 16th, 2022. The burn will reduce fuel load near the abutting properties and will promote early successional forest health. The burn will consist of 10 acres (Unit 4) east of Garner Bog, south of River Bend Road.
