Who this is for:
- Anyone who has never received a COVID-19 vaccine.
- Anyone ages 65 +
- Anyone ages 12 + who state they are moderately or severely immunocompromised (no documentation required). It must be 2 months since your last bivalent booster
- If you are not immunocompromised and have received a previous Covid bivalent booster it must have been given more than 4 months ago Sign up in
- Parental consent up to age 18.
