*Adcare-For more than forty years, AdCare’s substance abuse treatment centers have been providing patients and their loved ones with life-changing alcohol and drug addiction services. We understand that no two roads to recovery are the same, so we are proud to offer a wide range of inpatient, outpatient, and family services to ensure that each patient’s unique needs are met. *Adcare can not always be on site but they can be contacted by one of the clinicians.*

* AIDS Support Group-They have provided extensive overdose prevention training and services for residents.  They provide Narcan education and training during the Drop-In Nights.

*Al-Anon Family Groups-Alateen-"Al-Anon Family Groups are a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength and hope in order to solve their common problems. We believe alcoholism is a family illness, and that changed attitudes can aid recovery." Alateen is a crucial support for children and teens whose parents are struggling with Substance Use Disorder. Please note: The Cape & Islands Alateen meeting is on Monday at 7:30pm at the Federated Church, 320 Main Street, Baldwin Hall, Hyannis. The Mashpee Alateen meeting is held in the upstairs conference room at Stop & Shop, Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm.   

*Alcoholics Anonymous-Is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they many solve common problems and help others to recover from alcoholism.

*Cape Cod Neighborhood Support Coalition-Their Mission:To strengthen families and the resources that support them in order to prevent child abuse and neglect in our region.  They provide support groups, parent education classes, information and referral.  Some focus areas are parents, grandparents raising grandchildren, fatherhood, child sexual abuse prevention and suicide prevention, intervention and postvention.

*Caron Treatment Centers-Specific programs for adolescents, young adults, relapse, seniors, healthcare professionals, chronic pain, executive professionals and legal professionals.

*Community Health Center of Cape Cod-The Mission of the Community Health Center of Cape Cod is to improve the health of our community through the provision of comprehensive, high quality, compassionate health care to all, regardless of ability to pay.  CHC is a health care home of choice that reflects community needs, empowering individuals toward lifelong wellness.  The Health Center offers primary care, behavioral health, dental, optometry,women's health, addictions and other speciality services to patients, with offices in Mashpee, Falmouth and Bourne.

*Duffy Health Center-"Our Mission is to improve the quality of life for persons who are homeless or at risk of homelessness on Cape Cod through community collaborations and the provision of integrated medical, mental health, addiction treatment, case management and housing suppport services".

*Gosnold on Cape Cod-Provides addiction treatment services that are tailored to address the unique needs of those affected by the disease. Gosnold offers complete end to end treatment services ranging from medical detox to residential inpatient rehab. to convenient oupatient clinics to extended sober living.

Habit OPCO-Habit OPCO is a substance abuse treatment organization that provides outpatient services to communities in need in a manner which respects an individuals worth and recognizes their desire to improve the quality of their lives.

Mashpee Council on Aging-"Its charge it to sponsor, coordinate, or conduct human services, educational, social and recreational services and programs at the Mashpee Senior Center."

Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe-"The mission of the Indian Health Service is to raise the physical, mental, social and spiritual health of American Indians and Alaska natives to the highest level."

*Moms Do Care-Can assist you with prenatal care and substance use treatment.  Support by other moms who have recovered from addiction is also offered.  Women must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Cape Cod to enroll. 

*Narcotics Anonymous-NA is a "nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs has become a major problem".

*Parents Supporting Parents-A local support group for families who have a loved one struggling with addiction.

*PIER Recovery-The Hyannis Peer Recovery Support Center gives individuals an opportunity to be part of the recovery community, offering support and tools to enhance a life free from alcohol and other drugs.

*South Bay Community Services-"A community-based, behavioral health organization offering a continuum of services including adult behavioal health, substance abuse counseling, children's behavioral health, day services, autism services and early childhood services."

*Teen(Adult) Challenge-A faith based, long term residential rehabilitation facility. Teen Challenge is open to all ages.  Headquartered in Brockton, Ma. they have a center in each state in New England and two in New Jersey. Teen Challenge Brockton has been open for fifty years and has never turned anyone away for financial reasons, religious affiliations, life control issue or lack of bed availability. The Brockton center has a 108 bed cacapity.

WellStrong-Wellstrong's Mission is "to create safe,supportive communities of people in recovery from Substance Use Disorder  disorder through fitness, wellness and meditation".
