Am I Eligible for New Sewer Service?

Properties that are eligible will be required to connect to Mashpee's sewer system.  Phase 1 construction began with the Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) and underground sewer mains in neighborhoods North and South of Route 28.

District 1 (Phase 1) construction activities were approved and funded by Town Meeting vote in May 2022.  The funding supports construction of the WRRF and the installation of sewer mains along roads that enables sewer service connection by adjacent residential property owners.  District 1 (Phase 1) construction is projected to be completed once the WRRF is functional (projected for January 2025).
